We are seeking a fluent and passionate Hindi Guide to teach Hindi language and culture to our students. The ideal candidate will have native or near-native fluency in Hindi, a love for language instruction, and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons that connect children to Indian culture and heritage.

Responsibilities

Teach Hindi language to Primary and Elementary students through engaging, interactive lessons
Develop age-appropriate curriculum that includes spoken Hindi, reading, and writing
Create a rich language environment with songs, stories, poetry, and cultural activities
Assess student progress and maintain records of language development
Integrate Hindi instruction with school values and Montessori principles
Share aspects of Indian culture, traditions, and festivals with students
Collaborate with classroom guides to support integrated learning
Communicate with families about language learning goals and progress
Participate in school events and professional development

Required Qualifications

Native or near-native fluency in Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing)
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or related field
Experience teaching Hindi to young children preferred
Understanding of language acquisition in early childhood
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Montessori philosophy
